Performance Tracking & Assessment Suite

Developed in collaboration with ETH Zurich, the Dividat Neurogym includes five integrated digital assessments that provide a comprehensive view of each user’s cognitive and physical performance over time:

  • Go-NoGo — measures selective attention and response to specific stimuli
  • Reaction Time — measures step response speed in six directions
  • Stroop Test — measures the ability to focus on key information while filtering distractions
  • Sway Test — measures static balance and postural awareness
  • Switching — measures cognitive flexibility and ability to shift between concepts

Together, these assessments create a baseline and ongoing tracking system — giving fitness and wellness professionals objective data to demonstrate progress and optimize individual programming over time.

The Dividat Neurogym has been featured in over 12 peer-reviewed publications in leading international journals, including Frontiers in Aging Neuroscience, Alzheimer’s Research & Therapy, and the European Journal of Medical Research — with research exploring cognitive-motor training applications across diverse populations and settings.
